So if i understand correctly you can replace one of your LED displays and substitute it for a high voltage display and have it working synchronically with the rest of the high voltage displays ??
The reason i ask is that PINLED states that their displays need to replace all 5 high voltage displays, remove the high voltage fuse and they work on low voltage. However they state that one CAN NOT be substituted with a high voltage display. 
ALL or none basically !

Just read through Pinled web site and they say you can also replace any number in their system
