there are 2 solder tabs missing compared to the photo on the suppliers web site. are the tabs in the packaging it came in?
ask for an exchange or you will have to separate the contacts and a solder tab (cut the old ones off so they look like the attached photo and add it to the leaf with the missing solder tab)
just send Greg from RTBB an email with a photo of the problem, I'm sure he will sort something out for you.
