These are a cheap and difficult part to source, and then you need the 0.100 IDC insertion tool. It is not the preferred repair. I always replace these troublesome connectors with .100 connector housings and .100 pins as per my link. The housings are a little harder to track down, but they can be sourced overseas. My advice is not to replace the connectors with IDC.
