WOW - That's a bit rich asking people to pay up front and keep their end of the bargain ?
How about they concentrate on their current delays before asking for pre payments on their next title ?
Probably because they are pressed for capital due to delays/ gaps in production/ hiring of new production manager (and moving his entire family to Jersey).
A source close to the company spoke about JJP struggling to build games simply due to a lack of income 
Fingers crossed that he does not get too many warranty claims. They will need to pump out reasonable numbers of at least 3 titles per annum to keep the wheels turning.
