Awesome job, would you have the measurements of the control panels ? once again Awesome 
For the control panels I assembled the "wings" then used a piece of cardboard against the angle of the cabinet and traced around the wing to give the profile I had to work inside.
I just drew the control panels profile inside that and after cutting the steel plate to length i folded it up to suit.
