I have checked the 374. Its working fine. Pulsing correctly in the solenoid test.
The 5401 transistor also good and pulsing correctly.
Will have to check all connections again with the schematic but I think its something else.
It initially blew everything, fried coil, transistors etc.. and since changing all the parts its not working.
