I finally got a check it out. there is no ground on pin 6

keeping it simple, without a ground on pin 6 the large transistor on the pop bumper driver boards will always be turned on.
you need to find out where the break or bad connection is for the ground going to pin 6.

check that you have a ground at the cpu board, connector J6 pin9
then check that pin 9 on the connector itself is connecting properly to pin 9 on the cpu board.
do this with the machine turned off.

looking at the raven schematic this is where the ground comes from for the pop bumper boards and the AUX lamp board (i am not sure if your machine has an aux lamp board)
