I usually cut my own from 1.5mm shatterproof polycarbonate (lexan)
Lay the plastic on, draw around edge, roughly cut down, finish with file and dremel, then use 800 grit wet/dry to finish off smooth.
What do attachments do you use on the dremel. I use a scroll?
