A true widebody is as wide as the headbox, anything slimmer than the headbox is a medium or regular body
if any machine that is wider than the standard,then in my opinion it is a widebody. 
Then you can't distinguish between 'how wide' they are just by calling it 'widebody'.
Maybe the full width cabs (As wide as headbox) should be called 'full body' from now on.
