Here's some reproduction paperwork I made today for Black Knight, Instruction booklet in Game Adjustment envelope:
I got the envelope from a guy on Pinside, you can see his thread here:

Then I used the link on IPDB for the Operator's Handbook:

I printed it out at officeworks as a 'booklet'. Their machine puts the staples in the middle automatically.
I think this is supposed to be attached to the cabinet somewhere, anyone know where?
