Put lockable quality steel/castors on your large work benchs you are making. Top quality commercial ones will set u back apx $50 to $80 a set/for 4.
A restorer with a commercial space like yours did/had it like that for 15 plus years and the ability to move the work-place/space anywhere on the ground floor made life easier/gave more choices.
