SYS1 CPU boards are simple fixes. If the spider chips are dead, throw the board in the bin and buy a Pascal or Ni-Wumpf. I'd rather spend time repinning the connectors for a new board than fixing the old one. It is a ticking time bomb anyway (spider chips).
