You have a blown Thermistor and a missing Varistor.

I'd have to refer to the schematics for the part number and rating of the Thermisor - but Jaycar have them at a good price.

The Varistor is the part specified below and it should be soldered directly across the load.

You really need to be very careful here, this is mains circuitry and it can be dangerous. The fuse should have blown before the Thermistor, so please check it !
