Johnny Mnemonic is the fastest machine i have played to date, it also has a really good ruleset in my opinion, as there is a fair bit of risk v reward as well as remembering what matrix awards have been revealed. Also has a good wizard mode that puts you under pressure to complete shots in a certain time. I reckon this machine ticks all your boxes and will develop skills fairly well.
Roadshow has a great ruleset and is fun, but is not overly fast.
