again if the optos ain't perfect, I've heard it creates issues, here is a video that fixes the opto issues:
For me, I try do everything / anything I can before giving up and taking it to a tech or whoever, as its a good way to get to know your machine.
I also watch all of the TNT you tube videos, like the one above.
