some feedback
everytime I go to the post office, I ask them "what is the cheapest trackable way to send this item to XYZ destination".
Often, the knowledgable person behind the counter will show u a way that is half the price of the standard OR NORMAL way to get the item there.
the Aust Post worker I had this afternoon, said it takes an extra day to get there, but its half the price and trackable. I said sounds fine to me.
they often don't mind finding you the cheapest and best way to send if u hit them up when its not overly busy and there is no line up behind you.
overall, Aust Post is usually very very good for interstate postings, regardless of the size, until u hit a commercial size box or pinny, for which transport companies then become the norm.
