OK, the template was done and drilled ready to transfer to correct size MDF, well fxxk me Bunnings wanted $58 for a piece to suit as it is 680x730 of memory and they wanted me to buy a 1200 x 900 sheet and thy would cut for FREE! pfft.
So using two scrap pieces I put a biscuit join in-between them and glued him solid to the template. B E A U T I F I L L. The money I saved I bought a bottle of Bundy and some pineapple juice, my favourite drink BUNDY SUNRISE 
As you can see it aint pretty, but very practical and by the time I paint and fit the gear, you wouldn't know ( MAYBE )
