Gavs point is spot on. Control your stock and u control your business.
Outsourcing works well but not if you are outside of the USA for pinball parts.
If Mike was to buy in bulk from a supplier in the USA and ship around the world he wouldn't be able to make a profit.
The only viable way was for Mike to manufacture as much as he could.
It will hurt to start off with but will be worth it in the long run.
