Have you had any correspondence yet ?
I`ve sent 3 emails since Christmas with no response.
There were issues in January and February. I had quite a few unanswered, but it appears they did not make it across the pond. Keep trying. I'm going to email them again on Monday as the Easter break will be quiet for everyone. If you have no luck, let me know and I'll call them up.
