Ok big day today. Went through wiring on back boards and put in any loose connected wires. As a result the ball eject coil now works:) This means i can now get a game going.
I also rewired the lights on the back which were a mess as only one light worked. They now all work except a few flashers so i will continue to investigate. Might have wired some parts wrong.
Still have that issue with fuse f1 blowing. Still need to get that sorted.
