That message breaks many consumer laws in Australia and Stern really need to watch their step. It is straight out ILLEGAL!!

If I saw that I would demand it be fixed forthwith (at Sterns expense) or I would have the ACCC crucify them - and they WOULD!

Damn, your such a positive person...wow!!

In the end how about sharing the fix please...would be worth having in case another member comes across the same message.

First I am an incredibly positive person or I could not be doing what I am doing.

Second I have no idea what the fix is therefore I can't share it and....... thirdly, this type of thing makes my blood boil and it is exactly why we have HAD to implement consumer laws to protect us from shifty selling tactics like this -  it is not legal in Australia and it does not matter if you like that or not but you certainly could be a part of getting them to change their shonky ways by reporting it and help save the grief for someone in the future.
