That message breaks many consumer laws in Australia and Stern really need to watch their step. It is straight out ILLEGAL!!
If I saw that I would demand it be fixed forthwith (at Sterns expense) or I would have the ACCC crucify them - and they WOULD!

In the end how about sharing the fix please...would be worth having in case another member comes across the same message.
Technically, I'm happy the game is fixed.
But the problem was that the original game was most likely not imported by the authorized Stern Distributor or agent. This can be a common issue with games that were bought directly (and ironically) from Pinballsales.com in the USA at the time of production. The loophole for local dealers looking to make a quick buck was to buy from the USA and then have the game "converted" for Australian use. I'm not 100% if this was an issue as early as BDK as it may have started with TSPP. Anyway - I think it has something to do with that.
