Re: Firmware update gone wrong
« on: April 30, 2015, 01:47:30 AM »
I just wanted to clarify something about my post above cause I think I typed the wrong colour switch.

On my ACDC the dipswitches are white not black but on another Stern the switches are black so I am assuming some Sterns from times gone past may have White dipswitches.

On the ACDC it's dipswitch 8 you slide for software updates etc but I am not sure on previous Stern games if the same dipswitch has to be switched or slid like ACDC and games after.

I tried to find the colour PDF I have here somewhere with all my pinball crap but I can't find the dam thing.

I am hoping my post above is correct for games before ACDC etc.

Since I don't want to give the wrong advice about The Dark Knight, I am going to find my Stern Colour PDF on software updates and post it here if someone doesn't beat me to it and I might have a chat to service at AMD and ask about TSPParty and TDK to see if software updates are the same as ACDC and X Men and my games after that etc to see if and how Stern games are updated as far back as TSPP because it's now bugging me after noticing different coloured dipswitches on the diffetent Stern games and I hate not knowing something when I can't find the answer....
