I will experiment with this soon and from reading since it has a 100% α-cellulose structure the clear in theory and definitely resins pass through it, and not sit on top of it like mylar I am guessing as the clear probably isn't attaching well to the mylar making it brittle...??? (wild guessing around that statement)
