You will have a tough time trying to locate an "axial" style electro cap - they have been obsolete for donkeys....
Use a conventional "radial" style (both legs the same end) and extend one leg.
It's possible someone like GPE may have NOS ones but I wouldn't use a 20 year old electro personally.
