Replace Power Supply - Existing looks hacked
Replace CPU board - corrosion looks to be repaired - but some corrosion is not visible to the naked eye.
check all the coils, make sure they measure correctly

Cleopatra is a VERY good game - underrated - but get it working 100% to fully appreciate
