Fairly rare beast, they are always rusty
Yeah, mine sure is...maybe someone restored a machine with new repro ones and had decent ones left over that they might sell me. 
PBR stock them - expensive - but they finish off a resto real well.
If I went for the new parts, I think it would make the rest of my machine look like crap : )
