Re: Gottlieb Cleopatra with Sound Board not Chimes
« on: July 20, 2015, 08:31:26 AM »
I have a Cleopatra that I am restoring and it does not have chimes..
It has a speaker and an A7 connector and the previous owner said he removed the soundboard as it had failed and was looking for a new one.
I bought it as a wreck with no sound being told it just needed the board and never thought any more about it until doing some research into the game regarding the restore and cannot find any reference to this game having a sound board just chimes but the loom, speaker and connectors are factory fitted and not mods and the connector is labeled A7.

Has anyone come across this before?? I plan on putting a pascal 4 in one board in and guess I will just connect it up and see but was curios if anyone had come across this before..

Cheers: Brettski... :)

Cleopatra only had chimes but you can fit a Sys1 sound board instead.
All Sys1 machines can have chimes fitted instead of electronic sounds.
If you get the Pacschal make sure you get the extra plug in sound board then you can play the sounds from any game on your machine.
Normally he throws in the sound board for a special price if you order it at the same time as the 4in1
