Thanks Nino,it is the black ones that stay up.
I will give the score motor contacts a clean and see what happens then... 
I'm sure ALL targets are meant to be UP to start off with (My Amazon hunt is exactly the same), but after you knock them all down, just the black targets should remain up.
Score motor will be the way to go here - good pickup millsy - should be a general "rule of thumb".
