I read your article.
You say the floating castle is no big deal.
I say it's a big deal.
The company was made aware of the fault and refused to correct.
So the company is happy to sell a faulty product.
I also assume the company paid to get it licensed.
Just goes to show you that the licensing company isn't interested in a quality product, just the money for the license.
Have to agree with that, I am surprised that it met the licensing requirements, really quite a substantial flaw in what is a neat idea.
