The fuse is f5 on the PPB board. I will pull the board out tonight and have a closer look at the solder joints and BR as per your recommendations. 
I have been focusing under the PF looking for something I may of knocked when I was replacing the kicker..It all seems fine.

Also check all the fuses on the PPB board for their correct rating. F7 - F9 are for the coils. If these are over fused, they will create problems.
