The weather has been shit here for the last few days.. raining one minute then sunny and hot and humid the next, which means painting on the p/f is out of the question.
So i decided to grab the coin door and refurbish that instead to help move forward with the resto
First pic obviously BEFORE starting, really dirty and disgusting!
Second pic showing the stripped, rusty inner frame after removing the stainless outer door skin! This was a good opportunity to put the sandblasting cabinet to work that i bought nearly a year ago
Third and fourth pic; the coin entry plate components.. rusty as hell!! and after about five minutes in the sandblasting cabinet.. much betterer!!
Remember this game came to me with a rotted water damaged cabinet!!
