Congrats on locating your machine. If you have the manual, check the last page for the Switch Matrix chart. You can download the manual from www.ipdb.org

The switches you should be looking at are the "Dedicated Grounded Switches". "Enter" is D* - so check the wiring on the CPU board at J205 Pin 9. Re insert the connector. Check to see if the Pin 9 Orange-Gray wire is loose from the IDC connector. Using a Multimeter, test continuity to the Coin Interface PCB J3, and then to the switch. Hopefully, you have no battery corrosion on the CPU board.
