From what i read that you could order direct from JJP and payment was required in full
so if this was the case in my understanding with a limit on number of games Distributors then would get less 
Then i would suppose that the Distributors based there model on previous allocations 
That's another way of looking at what i said. Has to be remembered that them selling direct is not a new thing either.
It may be that they got less than previous allocations, does not mean that they should have assumed they would have got the same and taken deposits on that assumption.
In any case, there's more to the story than the average pinsider knows.
I suspect this is one title where if you'd got a CE you might be in POTCCE territory in a few years. That was my sole motivation for wanting one. I'll be very happy with an LE to keep and play.
