So you have identified the display that blows the 1/4ASB Fuse, but you replace the fuse, turn on the game and NO displays are working ? If thats the case, you need to check the connectors on the Power Supply, namely "P1" as pins 6 and 7 have the 69VAC from the transformer. As Dan suggests, a reading on the multimeter would be good here. The output TO the displays from the Power Supply are on Connector "P3". You are looking for 42VDC at pin 3, and 60VDC at Pin 1. Pin 5 is Ground for this Circuit (important as Ground is NOT common across a factory Power Supply Board).
With the game OFF. Reseat Power Supply Connectors "P1" and P3" as they relate to the Displays.
