Thanks mate, ended up getting a black set from pspa. Couldn't find gold here.
"Gold" legs are actually Brass. Local platers are moving away from brass plating legs etc. Really hard to find platers that will do the smaller jobs. There is a plater in Melbourne still doing gold, but VERY expensive.
