We called them monies back then - only found out they were called Bingos 2 years ago. I used to play them in the local snooker room. Used to feed a load of coins in (mainly to try and get those odds up or that extra ball from memory) When you want youre payout,just called the attendant over and he would pay you out. They used to have a lookout at the front & rear doors in case the 21st squad (Dectectives) raided the joint as they used to have the card games going in the back room as well.
