Re: Sunday Pinball Questionaire - part 15 - Rod71

My wife Anna has just read the little question and answer session Rollerball submitted to Louise and wishes to submit her own answers to the same questions. Read on!

1. First time you saw a pinball machine
Can't remember that far back - we used to hang out at the arcades in the 70s
and there were heaps of them there, so I always remember seeing them around,
but was never one to play them, so I wouldn't remember any particular one.
I mostly hung out there only because everyone else did, I was never really
into games.

2.your favorite machine and why??
I would have said Genie -- then I played Black Hole! That's the most
maddening fun I've had in a while. Paul, I'm quite sure it's missing a post
on that left side, would you check into that please?  %$% I've also really
enjoyed playing Adams Family when I stumble across one.

3.What pisses you off the most about Hubby collecting machines
They take up a lot of room!  They also tend to accumulate a lot of 'junk'
beneath them, but I'm hoping when we get a real game room that won't happen.
;)

4.your least favorite machine?
Of the ones we have?  Stars, definitely.  I don't like Stars, and it doesn't
like me!  Firepower didn't do anything for me, either - meh.

5.whats better playing pinball or shopping for a new handbag
I'd have to say pinball as I don't shop for handbags -- I bought a good one
in America in 2005 and it's still going strong.

6.any advice to other wives that have pinball collecting husbands...??
I guess Louise said it all -- there are a lot worse things your hubby could
be into than pinball, and I even enjoy playing now and then.  A friend of
Rod's recently became interested in them and his wife approached me thinking
I'd help her talk him out of it.  But I'm actually looking forward to having
a bit more space so we can get a few more -- maybe some I like to play.
Anyone want to take Stars off our hands?
