does anyone know what should read out of the Test points on the AS 2518-51 sound board?

TP3-
TP4-
TP5-
TP6-
I will check these as i dont want to cook any more components.
all other boards are 100% OK.
can bad caps or resistors or diodes on this board cook chips??
