Wotto, I'm confused about what you are asking...
You say that the lamp holders have been removed, but they are clearly shown in the picture! - both the pink arrows are pointing to the black lamp sockets.
From memory they are only GI lamps in the bumpers, so if the sockets are removed, then you can just wire them back in place.
