you should have 2 bare gi wires stapled to the bottom of the play field
solder one wire on the lamp holder to one of them and the other wire from the socket to the other one.
gi lamp sockets are not polarized. (there is no diode on the socket) so it doesn't matter which way around you solder them. if the socket has a diode on it then get one that hasn'tgot a diode
