Yep - Marty's on the ball here... It has to move freely.. Could be a number of reasons ;

Clogged up mechanism from lubrication
Warped coil sleeve
Burnt coil (Very doubtful)
EOS needs cleaning or re gap
Stuck flipper switch...


Where did this rare and interesting title come from  !@#  @@^

Hmm, I know of someone who has one (or did?)
