Well this was the problem finally solved
- Refer the pict attached -Even though the end contacts are open,the thick blade was touching the opposite thin blade closing the circuit and activating the 100,s. Lesson I learnt -CHECK THE WHOLE SWITCH AND ALL THE BLADES
