-21 volts on TP5? TP5 is the ground return for the main filter capacitor to the transformer board (J2 - 19) so should be zero volts. It maybe as simple as cracked solder joints on the header pins on your sound board or transformer board, or broken wire/connection between your sound board and J2 pin 19 on the transformer board, so id say check that first.

hope this helps...

Cheers...Mitch

Hello!

Up date on the sound on Playboy.
Check for cracked solder joints as i have put new pins on the transformer board and connectors.
check sound board for cracks.

I changed the solenoid driver board (AS-2518-22) from my Kiss and the tune sounds different again still with 2x tunes at the end. !@#
i would say that its not the driver board, but why is the tune different?

so it can only be sound and transformer board.

why is the Tp5 not reading right?

what should i check now? @@^

thanks for the help.

As i said, TP5 should read close to zero volts. Did you repin the connectors for the transformer board at all??  If you did, maybe you got the ground return wire (J3 - 19) in the wrong spot?? Maybe check that! its all i can think of for now..

Oh btw i just realised id said J2 in my reply before but i meant J3 on the transformer board.. sorry about that @.@
