Just had a look at the EOS switches, and on 2 of the flippers, right bottom flip and top flip, the contact is geting closed quite a distance before the flipper has reached the end of its travel. Would this explain some of the weakness in the flippers??

Definately will help if you adjust them, still worth rebuilding them too. Nothing beats freshly rebuild snappy flippers
