To overcome all the waiting from clients, i simply send items tracked and that way i dont have to ever wait for info i can get myself.

I will admit though, that sometimes the companies who do have tracking systems sometimes are slow to do the data entry, so the item can show "not moved" so to speak, when it left four days ago, or "undelivered" when it has been delivered.

but it eventually catches up and the worry/wondering is over.

use trackable posting. it is just easier.   ^^^
