Thanks for the tips, I will check that metal guide for the kickback later, I didn't actually know it was adjustable, it certainly doesn't appear to be when you look at it from above.
The supercharger gate is getting slack as its gets fairly whacked everytime the balls whiz around, needs to be adjusted back more when its open, although I did this not that long ago. Also, it doesn't close quick enough sometimes once the balls have finished their circuit, and the balls whack into the gate as its trying to close...
