Look for a marking on the coil - Should be AR-26-1200.

The plunger is correct - it will be an adjustment as the plunger must be perfectly aligned in the coil sleeve and move without any friction. Reassemble, and then watch the action of the plunger be moving the kicker by hand - then bend the bracket and retry - until it moves with the least amount of friction.

Should be as simple fix.

Cannot see the AR but the rest is right.
Amazing what alignment and ajustment can do when mechanical leverage is critical.

Working well now thanks Nono.

PS have you got Surefer in your rebuild lineup yet?

Great to Hear !

Surf Champ is not on the radar at this stage, as I will be doing an SS (Eight Ball, KISS, Fathom or Playboy) after the current EMs (Canada Dry, Star Jet, Mariner & Aces High). Might do a DMD then I can add Surf Champ to the list
