Problem solved!!

Big thanks to MartyJ for all his help on getting this sorted for me.   

Turns out there was a nice chunk of loose solder in the switch that was causing it not to register. Maybe time to turn off that shaker motor!

Happy to help out.  A bit of solder had dropped down from the top resting in between the two leaf's of the switch (causing it to open constantly) - thus the sling switch not working.

Glad the JP is back up and running.
