Been a (long) while since I ran a carby motor.

What are you guys running? Premium unleaded?

What about the valve train - do you still have to run a upper-cyl lube kit?

I recall it was a big headf*** when they canned leaded fuel? <bloody tree huggers, piss, moan, grumble...>

I have to run the higher octane premium unleaded and add some valve lubricant to the tank when filling, a bit of a pain in the ass but I don't drive it that often so no biggy.
What pisses me off though it that leaded fuel is not as bad as all the clapped out cars with under performing cat coverters pumping all the unleaded chemicals into the environment.
I think the word 'lead' frightens greenies maybe  !@#
